Muddle Bar for VT Weekend

The famousMuddle and Go NowhereReal Ale bar is out in service for Norfolk's premier classic vehicle weekend, the North Norfolk RailwayVintage Transport Fesitval.

The bar car will be out in service on both Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July 2014 as part of the event and will be marshalled in 'Set C' for the duration of the weekend. Trains with the bar car depart Sheringham at 0902, 1102, 1302, 1502 and 1702 and Holt at 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600 and 1745.

'Set C' will be hauled by Class 37 D6732 on Saturday 5th and by our own Class 31 D5631 on Sunday 6th. The bar car will make five round trips and connections with all four trains are easily possible from all stations with a half-hourly timetable. Two other steam locos and a DMU will be in service to support the festival.

On Saturday heritage buses reign supreme with a might display of all types including rides between Cromer, Sheringham and Holt. On Sunday, the Railway is host to over 400 exhibits including all manner of classic cars, buses, motorbikes and vehicles, spread right across the Railway.
