Ipswich Weigh Bridge

Through our member Graham Hardinge he advised us of the weighbridge at Ipswich and he arranged with Freightliner to donate the item to us, but this was delayed in proceeding due to the pandemic.

We have now taken delivery of the kit of parts, which are now in storage at Holt station site. The eventual aim is to display the weigh bridge in the goods yard when the Holt site plan is approved which will give us two weighbridges one rail one road, to show historically what was used in the past.
