In a Muddle for Dad's Army

The now famousMuddle and Go Nowhere Real Ale Bar Carwill be back in service in May and June, making two prominent appearances for the upcomingDad's Army Live!weekend and theSummer Diesel Gala.

The Dad's Army sees Weybourne become Walmington-on-Sea once again (Weybourne was used as a filming set in the original series), with exhibits including Jones' van from the Thetford Museum. The Summer Diesel Gala sees an intensive timetable in operation, with visiting mainline locomotives and evening 'Beerex' trains. The bar will also be open between the two dates, on Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1st June.
