2020 AGM Minutes

The minutes of the Society AGM held on 3 October can now be viewed by following this link. Although the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions meant we couldn't invite member to a face-to-face meeting, we were nevertheless able to conclude all the business set out in the original AGM notice. This was largely due to over 200 members casting their votes on the resolutions, either by post or by using the online voting form. We thank them for their support. Hopefully, we can hold a face-to-face AGM in 2021 when the business of that meeting will include an opportunity for members to formally approve the above minutes.
